A medium-sized tree , easy to shape. Fast-growing, but slow yield increase, prone to periodicity. Blooms early.

Fruits are large or large, smooth, attractive, red outer color, yellow base color. Flesh is sweet with a slight acidity, very tasty. Brix°14, low acid: 0.3%, high polyphenols: 140.8 mg 100g-1.

Harvested late, early October. Stored in the refrigerator until February (Valentine's Day).

Very good scab resistance (gene Rvi5/Vm) , high resistance to rot. Average winter hardiness.

It is distinguished by high fruit quality and disease resistance, but the yield is average. It could be sold at a higher price as a dessert apple. Observations in commercial orchards are lacking.
