Folk dance festival "Latvian children led the dance" in the Lilac Garden
Last week, the folk dance festival “Latvju bērni danci veda” took place. 3,856 dancers from 111 dance groups participated in it, representing 19 regions, including Dobele region, as well as the cities of Riga, Daugavpils, Jelgava and Jurmala.
During the festival, the groups' favorite dances were performed at the Dobele Municipality Square, the Dobele City Culture House Square, the Pļavas Street Terrace, and the Dobele Lilac Garden.
