( Blackcurrant )

Created by a collaboration of Lithuanian, Latvian and Swedish breeders, crossing 'Gagatai' with 'Intercontinental'. Forms a medium-tall, medium-erect bush. With an average berry ripening time.

Berries very large, round or slightly oval, shiny, with a relatively good taste, weak aroma, medium thick skin, leveled in size. Bunches short. The variety has relatively good winter hardiness, but can freeze in harsh winters. Moderately resistant to leaf spot, in strong infection conditions can suffer from gooseberry American powdery mildew, and can also be damaged by bud moth and bud mites. Good yield.
